Pizzazzerie is offering lots of Valentine's Freebies including Heart Printables by Holli Sampson, Candy Bar Wrappers by Nice Package, DIY Treat Bags by Twig & Thistle, Valentine's Day Postcard from Wedding Chicks and a Heart Garland by A Field Journal. 
Catch My Party is featuring Green Apple Paperie's "Cupcake" collection for Valentine's Day. The collection includes: party circles, favor tags, candy bar wrappers, mini candy bar wrappers, food tents, and a “Be Mine” banner. 
Catch My Party is also featuring Free Printables from Magnolia Creative Co. The “cupid” collection includes the following: an invitation, large party circles, medium party circles, party labels, favor tags, Valentine’s Day cards, drink flags, food tents, and a “Happy Valentine’s Day” banner.
Hostess with the Mostess featured a great DIY project in December 2009 for a Lollipop Buffet and included free printables for the lollipops/decor. The colors would work great for any Valentine's Day candy buffet!
