Holiday Desserts

It's the season of cookies, cupcakes and lots of holiday sweets! Here are some that I've made or am planning to make for Christmas parties and other parties this month:

Holiday Cake Pops- Vanilla cake pops dipped in white chocolate and decorated with green and red sugars. I used red and green M&M's to add more holiday colors to this dessert. Or you can get even more creative and make reindeer cake pops. I made these last year for our holiday party (idea from Bakerella).

Iced Brownie Bites- Short Cut Alert! I bought this mini brownie bites and iced them using a pastry bag/decorating tip. Then sprinkled the tops with crushed candy cane. Mint plus chocolate are the perfect combo!

Chocolate Covered Marshmallows- Take regular sized marshmallows and dip them in chocolate, then decorate with all types of sprinkles. These would work as pops or in mini cupcake foils (as seen below) and you could use different chocolate.

Christmas Cookies- It would not be a holiday party without an assortment of home-made, family recipe Christmas Cookies!
